The general silicone sheet T0.5-10mm x W0.5-1.5m x L1-20m is produced on 4rollers rotocure vulcanizer, super width and special silicone sheet T1.0-6.0mm x W1.5-3.8m x L10-20m is produced on 2rollers special extra wide rotocure vulcanizer, super thin and special silicone sheet T0.1-0.8mm x W0.3-1.0m x L25-50m is produced on special oven vulcanizer, super thick silicone sheet T12-50mm x W0.5-1.5m x L0.5-10m is produce on plain press vulcanizer. We depend on the advanced manage, innovative technique and strict quality control with excellent silicone material and vulcanizer machine, ravel out the problem of lower smooth surface and high thickness tolerance of rotocure vulcanizer machine, and also ravel out the problem of restricted width, length and visible joint on press vulcanizing machine. It is triumphantly without joint and with infinite length under the above mentioned excellence. We have the super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press with 4000mm width and high quality products maximum width 3800mm seamless without joint. High quality silicone material with good performance of anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat-resistant, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistant, nonpoisonous and tasteless, pollution-free. Working in air, water, oil and other medium at the temperature of -60°C - +220°C(moment maximum 260°C) with the high stability, reliability and surface inactive without sticky.
